Upon booking a reading, session, or service with Jennifer Alexander Astrometaphysical Services, the client is agreeing to the following conditions:
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age when purchasing a service.
Purchases are non-refundable. If original date/time does not work for client or Jennifer, appointment can be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon date/time. Rescheduling is only an option if appointment is canceled at least 12 hours in advance. If you miss your session or are more than 10 minutes late to your session without being in touch with Jennifer, and for last minute cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time, your session/payment is forfeit.
If there is any confusion with a message that came through pertaining to your reading, Jennifer is more than happy to address it. If you would like any further guidance on your situation, another reading will have to be scheduled.
Session recordings are only made available for a short time and after that are deleted. Please make sure to download your audio file if you would like it to keep for your personal use.
In no case shall Jennifer Alexander, Jennifer Alexander Astrometaphysical Services, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. In no way is Jennifer to be held liable for what manifests into your life by acts of yourself, other people, fate, or karma. The client always has free will and Jennifer is not responsible for actions or decisions made in your life.

I understand that the success of the Online Past Life Regression Session is based around my willingness to relax and push my conscious mind to the side. I also understand that the price of the session is $333 and this is for Jennifer's time as a hypnotherapist trained in Past Life Regression techniques. I understand that it is my responsibility to provide myself with a safe and comfortable environment in order to undertake the online session. I also understand that if the internet connection should go down during the session, that all I have to do to come out of the Theta state is to gradually become more alert until I am fully conscious, or I may also drift to sleep and wake up refreshed. I understand that if I check YES to say that I agree to share my information anonymously, that Jennifer WILL SHARE my anonymised information on her YouTube channel. I understand that if I check YES to say that I agree to share my edited video, that Jennifer WILL POST the edited video on her YouTube channel. I also understand that if I check NO to sharing my anonymised information and NO to sharing my video that Jennifer WILL NOT share any of my information.
