Soul Center Healing Hypnosis (SCHH®) is a powerful healing technique founded by the amazing Laura Whitworth through wanting to utilize a Past Life Regression and Quantum Healing technique that does everything! S.C.H.H. Technique ensures that any traumas and entities are dealt with and any energetic adjustments are made prior to us embarking on the Past Life Regression Journey and then the Higher Self Questions.
Through hypnosis in the quantum space, we move the conscious mind aside so greater connection to the subconscious and superconscious can be made, and you are able to freely explore the multidimensional self, clearing traumas and blocks, and gaining insight on events in this current lifetime and any lifetimes previous.
In this beautiful co-creative session, Jennifer will gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation of the body and of the mind, and into the natural theta brainwave state. This is the same brainwave state that you are in just before you go to sleep and when you wake up. Due to the preparation necessary for both client and practitioner, Hypnotherapy Sessions must be booked and scheduled at least 3 days in advance of session date.
It is a requirement of this session that you are able to visualize. And for sessions taking place online it is a requirement that you have a headset with a cord and a microphone that can be positioned in front of your mouth (no earbuds), a fast reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
Once your appointment time is booked you will receive an email with an in-depth Questionnaire to complete, a PDF Guide, and a Video to help you prepare for your session and help you increase your visualization skills. The Client Questionnaire must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours in advance of your session for the session to take place. If the Questionnaire is not submitted 48 hours in advance of your session, then your session will need to be rescheduled. You may instead print out the Questionnaire and complete the information and signature by hand, then send the scan or photos of the document to me at jenniferxander @ gmail.com.
Sessions are conducted live by Zoom video (Zoom is available to download free here).
A Dropbox link to download the hypnotherapy part of your session (video recording) will be sent to you by email which you will then need to download to your own PC.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SESSION ✧
Your SCHH QUANTUM HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION lasts approximately 3.5-4 hours and is comprised of:
Pre-Session Chat and Life Review (1 Hour)
The first hour involves talking with you about your life, and the questionnaire that you will have completed before your session. We also will discuss your hopes and intentions for the session, any issues you have been experiencing, and questions about your life that you will have brought to the session that you would like clarity on.
Hypnosis (2 Hours) Includes the Below:
Progressive Relaxation
Jennifer will relax the body, and then relax the mind with guided meditation so you drift beautifully into the Theta State.
Entity Release, Trauma Release, and Energetic Body Rebuild
Jennifer will then check for any entities, energetic attachments, or energy vampires and remove them with the Archangels. If the chakras have been impacted by the entity that has been attached over time, Jennifer will rebuild the chakras with Archangel Raphael and ensure that the aura is re-sealed so no new entities can re-attach. If there is any suppressed trauma that needs to be worked through before we travel into a Past Life then this will be done here.
Past Life Regression and Multi-Dimensional Soul Travel
Jennifer will then regress you into a Past Life or another part of your Multidimensional Self. The Higher Self will naturally guide you to the most pertinent lifetime that you need to see in order to give clarity in the present lifetime. Depending on the session, we may see other days in the course of this lifetime, or other additional lifetimes.
Higher Self Questions and Healing
Once the Past Life Regression is complete, Jennifer will then bring forth your Higher Self in order to ask any questions you have about your life, and provide any healing that the Higher Self deems necessary.

Often more than one session is necessary to fully address, work through, and heal all issues present that block access to exploring past lives. This will vary depending on the person. Session packages are available below at a discounted rate. You may purchase now and schedule later. Packages are meant to be used for progressive healing and exploration for one person and do not expire. There will be a period of integration that is needed just following your session which will be unique to each person and each session. Beyond this, there is no recommended time to wait between sessions. You may schedule whenever feels right for you.

Meet Jennifer ✧
I have always felt that there was no focus more valuable or worth exploring than self-awareness. At age 11 I underwent self-hypnosis to explore past life regression, as I have always known there was so much more to this reality.
